Out of all the 10 craft beer bars I went to in Hong Kong, there were only two places that had non-alcoholic craft beer. One was Craftissimo which I have already written a review of, the other one was HK Brewcraft. While there was only one alcohol free craft beer available, it still made this website because of at least some effort.
HK Brewcraft Bottle Shop and Shop for Brewing Equipment
HK Brewcraft is not really a bar. It is more of a bottle shop and a place that sells all kinds of brewing equipment. If you want to start homebrewing in Hong Kong, this is the place to go. They sell malts, hops, yeasts, and whatever brewing equipment you might need. They have been open since around 2013 so it seems like they are not going anywhere soon.
A fun fact is that they actually are owned by the same guys from hEROES Beer Co.
Only one non-alcoholic craft beer
There was only one non-alcoholic craft beer available at HK Brewcraft. It was the No Limits Pale Ale from Hong Kong Beer Co. Despite that, I liked the place so much that I wanted to write a review about the place.
Despite it looking like a shop more than a bar, you can meet some cool people here. I ended up chatting with a lot of Hong Kong craft beer lovers and had a good time. The guys and girls hanging out here are some of the most important people in the Hong Kong craft beer scene. That´s what makes this place great to hang out for every craft beer lover.
If you drink alcohol, they have one of the best craft beer selections in all of Hong Kong. It´s a place you shouldn´t miss and I do believe that they will improve on their non-alcoholic beer selection the more popular this drink category will become.
